1. Order Process: Customers must share a reference picture/drawing first. Based on this, we provide a quotation.

2. Advance Payment: A confirmed order requires an advance payment.

3. Delivery Time: Production takes at least 1 month and may vary depending on design complexity.

4. Installation: Our team provides installation at your location.

5. Transportation: Shipping and transportation charges are paid by the customer.

6. Custom Designs: We work according to approved drawings/designs, minimizing errors. Once approved, design changes are not allowed.

7. Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

8. Returns/Exchanges: Due to customization, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged during transportation.

9. Liability: We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as logistics or natural events.
